This is what the African dude at the 24hr grocery store just told me. Apparently some taxi driver got killed by a non-African black and now taxis don’t stop for black dudes. He wanted to set the record straight. Thanks, now I know.
He also told me the police public surveillance cameras have had an effect on crime—- in that crime has INCREASED since they were put in. More fights too.
